Quotas and state grants

The college has state educational grants for in-demand technical specialties.

Admission quota amounts for technical and vocational, post-secondary education programs are determined from the approved state educational order.

  1. Citizens with group I or II disabilities, persons disabled since childhood and children with disabilities — 10 percent;
  2. Persons equated in benefits to Great Patriotic War participants and disabled veterans, and combat veterans in other states — 0.5 percent;
  3. Rural youth applying for specialties that determine the socio-economic development of rural areas — 35 percent;
  4. Ethnic Kazakhs who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan — 4 percent;
  5. Orphans and children left without parental care — 1 percent;
  6. Rural youth relocating to regions determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan — 5 percent;
  7. Children from families raising four or more minor children — 5 percent;
  8. Children from single-parent families that have held this status for at least three years — 1 percent;
  9. Children from families raising children disabled since childhood and persons with group I or II disabilities — 5 percent;
  10. Young citizens who have completed compulsory military service — 1 percent.
