A link between generations: with respect for tradition, with love for the profession! 💐🌾

As part of the celebrations for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Workers' Day, our students and educators are continuing a wonderful and important tradition: honoring TVET veterans! Vocational instructor A.Yu. Demenko, together with students from group 25-AT-1, visited a respected veteran educator, Ekaterina Nikiforovna Marushchenko.

The students didn't just arrive with warm greetings, gifts, and sincere wishes for good health; they also provided practical help in the garden 🏡🍂. While working together and sharing a cup of tea, Ekaterina Nikiforovna shared cherished memories, life wisdom, and professional experience with these future specialists.
🤝 Intergenerational continuity is the foundation of our education system!
It is thanks to the hard work, dedication, and years of experience of our veterans that our colleges continue to develop and thrive today. For young people, such meetings serve as the ultimate lesson in respect, diligence, and a love for their chosen profession.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Ekaterina Nikiforovna for her long-standing contribution to the development of the TVET system and for mentoring generations of specialists! We wish her robust health, a long life, warmth, and peace of mind! ❤️
