Starting October 1, 2026, an analysis of corruption risks in the operations of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College (KGKP) will be conducted.

The internal analysis of corruption risks in the operations of the Municipal State-Owned Enterprise "Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College" under the Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region is conducted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015, "On Combating Corruption"; the Standard Rules for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks approved by Order No. 12 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated October 19, 2016 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 21, 2016, under No. 14441), including amendments and additions thereto; and the Methodological Recommendations for Conducting Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks approved by Order No. 488 of the Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2022.
Name of the entity subject to the internal analysis of corruption risks:
Municipal State-Owned Enterprise "Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College" under the Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region (hereinafter referred to as "MSE UKVPC").
Period of activity of MSE UKVPC subject to analysis:
12 months, from October 1, 2025, to October 1, 2026.
The internal analysis of corruption risks was conducted in the following areas:
1) identification of corruption risks in internal regulatory documents affecting the operations of MSE UKVPC;
2) identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of MSE UKVPC.
