Crime Prevention – A Shared Responsibility

On September 15, 2026, inspectors from the Juvenile Affairs Department held a preventive meeting with students at the Ust-Kamenogorsk Higher Polytechnic College. The meeting covered topics such as the prevention of offenses, the prevention of bullying and cyberbullying, criminal and administrative liability, online fraud, and cybersecurity.

Inspectors offered the young people important advice on legal compliance, personal data protection, and how to avoid questionable online activities. Students asked questions of interest and received specific answers from the specialists.
Such meetings help improve students' legal literacy and foster safe behavioral habits.
